AutoCo Belconnen scored exceptionally well in every area of service, from the time taken to respond to email questions to being able to answer EVERY question our first Assessor could throw at them. I conducted the second Assessment to see if I could find a question they didn't know the answer to, I succeeded yet was astounded that I had my answer by phone within 2 hours of my visit to the business. At no time was I treated any different from any other customer, even when I feigned ignorance in where to find my engine number. The staff member simply came out to my car, lifted the bonnet and found it for me without making me feel like a helpless female driving a big Landcruiser (as I have encountered before) especially since I had three kids bouncing around in the back seat! I will not only be recommending their service to everyone I know, but I will be getting a fair bit of work done there myself."
